Winter school on child systems change opens

Tools for reforming fragmented systems

The winter school on child systems change has opened with sessions on prevention design, visibility metrics, and practical tools for reforming fragmented child protection services. Participants include policy leads, municipal managers, and civil-society practitioners.

Curriculum modules link Child Visibility Index concepts to service redesign, showing how measurement can expose where pathways break and where prevention capacity should be concentrated. Workshops emphasise workable governance arrangements over abstract frameworks.

Alumni will leave with a short action checklist for applying visibility reviews in their own institutions over the following quarter.
