Regional learning lab on Index adoption concludes

Peer exchange on adopting the Index

A regional learning lab has concluded after three days of peer exchange on adopting the Child Visibility Index across ministries, municipalities, and service providers. Participants compared sequencing choices, governance models, and practical barriers to data sharing.

Sessions highlighted how early wins often come from clarifying ownership of indicators rather than building new IT systems. Municipal teams shared tools for briefing leadership, while ministry statisticians discussed quality thresholds before public release.

A concise learning brief capturing agreements and open questions will be circulated to attendees and the wider partner network.
