Joint pilot with municipal services launches in Central Europe

Testing Index indicators with frontline teams

A joint pilot with municipal social services in Central Europe is now underway to test how Child Visibility Index indicators can guide frontline assessments of children at risk of invisibility. The pilot links Index dimensions to existing case-review routines rather than creating a separate workflow.

Municipal teams will trial short visibility checklists during multi-agency meetings, noting where education, health, and social-service records diverge. Findings will show which indicators are actionable for practitioners and which require clearer guidance or better data feeds.

The Initiative will document lessons on training needs, workload impact, and data quality so that later municipal rollouts can scale with fewer false starts.
