CVI workshop on measurement practice opens in Warsaw

From framework to reporting practice
The Warsaw workshop convenes municipal analysts, ministry statisticians, and civil-society partners for three days of applied work on the Child Visibility Index. Sessions move from indicator definitions to the operational choices that shape how scores are produced and interpreted in live reporting cycles.
Participants work through case materials drawn from partner countries, examining how incomplete case records, delayed inter-agency referrals, and uneven coverage in rural services distort visibility. Facilitators emphasise safeguards that keep children identifiable to systems without exposing personal data in public releases.
Municipal dashboard walkthroughs using sample Index packs
National reporting templates for quarterly visibility reviews
Peer clinics on data quality and missingness
Outputs from the workshop will feed a short practice note for partners adopting the Index in 2026.
